Membership

Join CUMA now and be a part of our professional association! Our mission is to actively promote and work towards a unified, professional credit union system in the Province of Ontario through education, community and fellowship. We work towards this goal by providing educational conferences and seminars, which include system updates, the opportunity for members to meet and network with industry leaders, product & service vendors and to dialogue on common industry issues.

Our business environment and traditional infrastructures are in the midst of substantial change. We believe CUMA 's role as a networking and communication vehicle for credit union managers will be even more important as we move through these changes. We suggest that you consider the possibility that others in your organization may also benefit from C.U.M.A. membership. These benefits include, lower conference fees for members compared with non-members, the opportunity to make valuable and lasting business acquaintances and the right to voice an opinion and vote on association matters, which arise from time to time. Our new registration service will allow you to sign up only once to join or renew your CUMA membership and to register for CUMA conferences. (Hotels not included) No more multiple registrations and forms. Once your free account is setup you will be able to access your personal page and register for upcoming conferences and update your profile.

How to:

Step one:
Sign up to CUMA Online. It's free

Step two:
Once you have signed up, Sign in to CUMA Online and choose one or all of the various product or services you would like to register and pay for.

Step three:
Choose your desired payment method. Once your payment is approved and has been processed by a CUMA admin your account will be updated and you will see all the registration you paid for listed. You will be able to login to confirm your requests.

Membership in the Association is limited to individuals who at the time of their application for membership are employees in a management position, or function in a management capacity as a consultant or contract employee, by any credit union, caisse populaire, co-operative affiliate, as approved by the Board of Directors.
